Terms of service
Last updated: 18 September 2026 · for every app and integration listed on apps.elsiri.de (the "Apps"), operated by Omar Elsiri (the "Operator").
1. What the Apps are
The Apps are private publishing tools: they upload and schedule videos and posts to platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and similar) on accounts that a user has connected through the platform's official sign-in. They are provided free of charge, primarily for the Operator's own use and for people the Operator invites.
2. Using the Apps
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- You remain responsible for everything published through the Apps: the content, its rights, and its compliance with the rules of the platform it is posted to (e.g. the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, Meta Terms of Service).
- You must not use the Apps to spam, to post content you have no right to post, or to circumvent a platform's limits or policies.
- The Operator may suspend access at any time, in particular when a platform requires it.
3. Platform APIs
The Apps rely on third-party APIs. Platforms change their APIs, quotas and policies; the Apps may therefore stop working, in whole or in part, without notice. Where a platform requires it (for example YouTube API Services), you agree to be bound by that platform's terms when you connect an account, and you can revoke the Apps' access at any time in that platform's account settings.
4. No warranty, limited liability
The Apps are provided "as is", without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law the Operator is not liable for lost posts, failed uploads, wrong scheduling times, platform actions against your account, or any indirect damage. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected, as does liability under mandatory law.
5. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Changes and law
These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one on this page. German law applies; for consumers, mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence remain unaffected.
